Non-VOC, anionic penetrating surfactant with exceptional wetting of difficult to wet surfaces such as polyolefin or silicon contaminated fabrics. Non-rewetting surfactant which is optimized for use with fluorochemical oil and water repellents. Flexiwet NRW is also APEO-free and non-flammable.
