Thetawet FS-8400 is a low VOC, water-soluble, amphoteric fluorosurfactant in a glycol stabilized aqueous solution. Ideal for use in hard water, including brine systems. Exceptional surface tension reduction to 16 dynes/cm. Excellent choice for wetting difficult to wet, low energy surfaces.
