Nonionic fluoroaliphatic polymer ester in a hydrocarbon carrier which provides surface activity and foaming properties for nonpolar hydrocarbons at very low use concentrations. This fluorosurfactant is used in Oil and Gas applications as a stimulant additive, and it reduces surface tension of nonpolar organic solvents.
